Debbie Mattos is a dedicated full-time real estate agent known for her commitment to helping clients find their dream homes. Beyond her professional life, Debbie is deeply involved in her church, where she volunteers regularly, and she has a strong passion for coaching youth volleyball. With approximately 40 years of playing experience and 20 years of coaching various teams, she has a deep passion for volleyball. Her expertise and enthusiasm for the sport led to her being requested to start her own volleyball club, NJ Team Sports where she inspires young athletes to develop their skills and confidence. Through her work in real estate and coaching, Debbie fosters community and encourages growth in others and inspires young athletes to develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork. 

Taylor DeWan is a student at Rutgers University, where she merges her academic goals with her passion for volleyball. With ten years of competitive play and experience on national teams, she has gained a profound understanding of the sport. Taylor played a key role in establishing the Matawan Aberdeen Regional High School volleyball team and brings over coaching experience with NJ Team Sports. Her dedication to the game and strong leadership skills inspire young athletes, fostering a love for volleyball within her community.
